Last updated: August 8, 2024

SilentBerry is committed to protecting your privacy. We have established this privacy policy to describe how we collect, use, and share information at SilentBerry and our affiliated companies when providing our services (collectively referred to as "Services"). SilentBerry is a brand of SisuRace Oy, and the services provided by SilentBerry are products of SisuRace Oy.

Types of Information We Collect

We collect information about users, as detailed below:

Information You Provide to Us:

●Account Information: When you create an account or use our services, you provide certain information to us. We collect this information as well as any additional data you add to the account, such as email addresses, usernames, linked social media accounts, favorited items, follow lists, and other information you provide. Your account information (excluding your email address) will be publicly visible. Please remember that even if you delete public content from your SilentBerry account, that content may still exist elsewhere on the internet.

●Verification Information: We may need to collect information to verify your account or identity, such as your phone number, email address, or information related to an authentication app you use.

●Preferences: Our services allow you to store preferences, such as how content is displayed, notification settings, and favorites. We may associate these choices with your account, browser, and/or mobile device.

●Feedback: If you provide us with feedback or contact us, we may receive your name and contact details (e.g., email address), as well as any additional content contained in or related to the messages you send.

●Other Information: We may also collect information and other data you voluntarily provide in other areas of the service, or when we indicate that we are collecting your information. Since much of Web3 operates on blockchain technology, your blockchain wallet address may serve as your identity on SilentBerry. Therefore, you will need a blockchain wallet and an associated wallet address to access certain aspects of the services. We do not consider blockchain wallet addresses to be personally identifiable information by themselves. However, when you use our services, your blockchain wallet address may be linked to you, your user ID, or other information we collect about you.

Information Collected Automatically

When you browse and interact with our services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information, including:

●Interactions with Our Services: To provide our services, analyze trends, enforce our Terms of Service, and make the services more useful to you, we collect information when you interact with our services (typically anonymized data), including but not limited to your browser type or fingerprint, operating system, IP address and associated geographic location, device ID, blockchain wallet address, wallet type, actions and clickstream data, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. We may also store this data in log files.

●Cookies or Other Tracking Technologies: Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information. We may use session cookies (which expire when you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your computer until you delete them) to analyze how users interact with our services, improve the quality of our products, and provide a more personalized experience for users. In addition, we use "pixel tags" (also known as clear gifs, web beacons, or web bugs). Pixel tags allow us to analyze how users find our services, make the services more useful to you, and customize your experience based on your specific interests and needs.

●Do Not Track: Since there is no uniform understanding of what "Do Not Track" signals mean, we do not respond to such signals in any specific way. For more information on how to withdraw your consent for certain tracking technologies (such as cookies and pixel tags), please refer to the section below. You can also contact us here.
